Did someone say PRINTER?

What would we do without Printers?

We couldn't print, fax, scan or copy. But for some people, all these requirements in a printer are not necessary. All this depends on what you are going to need the printer for and where you are going to use it.

For example, some important information you really may need to consider first of all is what you are going to use the printer for? If its going to be for officework, then you should think about getting a printer that has multi-function features like, scanning, copying, faxing and of course printing. For example, the type of printer i have, fits all these needs but isnt too large and bulky, although these printers may be pretty immense and chunky. Some other factors needed to put into consideration are, prices, quality, printer ink, capacity and its speed.

If you dont need a printer for office work, then you should consider something smaller with less features. Like, if you only need it to print documents and images you will need a smaller but is still compact and chic.

After your difficult but thoughtful decision about what you need in your printer, it would be time to decide what type of printing you want. This means whether or not you need an inkjet printer or laser printer. The difference between these two are that a laser printer is more expensive but has clearer printing quality and has polished ink look than a inkjet printer.

I will give a great example of an office inkjet printer, that printer is Epson Stylus CX4700. It has many features:

• 5 Memory Card slots for 12 card types
• Epson DURABrite™ Ultra ink for improved print quality on plain paper
• PictBridge and USB Direct Printing support
• Vibrant photos on plain or Genuine Epson specialty papers that last up to 120 years*
• Individual Intellidge™ ink cartridges for greater economy
• 5760 x 1440 Optimised dpi with Resolution Performance Management Technology
• True BorderFree™# edge-to-edge photo printing and copying on 4" x 6", 5" x 7" and A4

It has, a scanner, copier and printer all in one. It has powerful memory supports and individual Epson Intellidge ink cartridges, the Epson STYLUS CX4700 is ideal for
users looking for a high quality multi-function printer with exceptionally high levels of ink
utilisation.

With both USB Direct Print and PictBridge
technologies, the Epson STYLUS CX4700 affords
